Coaching from the Source

Challenges are part of life, be it in business, in your career, finances, relationships, health. They may show as boredom, dullness, lack of energy. They can be tough like a burn-out or the loss of a loved one.

When you accept and welcome them, they can serve as openings for new possibilities, you hadn’t seen before.

Transformation is happening on all levels of your life – with-in, in action, in relationships, in groups, organizations and globally.

My Coaching is holistic and includes the interconnection of these levels.

The main focus of my work is to support you to reconnect with the source of your being, so you can perceive and act from there. This means to uncover your deepest truth, wishes and desires and to see and experience them in tune with the flow of your life and the world around you.

You can follow the flow of your joy, your wishes and desires AND be of service to a greater whole — be it your family, your neighborhood, your company or the ecosystem you live in.

Uplifting are love, respect, grounding, trust in Self and others, joy

These are given qualities of your heart and your true nature. I support you in reconnecting with them and deepening your awareness.

Burdening are fear, doubt, greed and the idea of lack, scarcity (not being/having enough)

These are thought pattern that mainly work unconsciously. In Coaching we create an open welcoming space of trust, that allows to face them and let them dissolve.

Practically I can also support you in online research, using Job-Portals, finding suiting employers; writing CV and applications; calling the Job Center, educational and training providers, possible employers; preparing for interviews. (I am a communications professional.)

What is Coaching from the Source?

As humans, as society, as family and as individuals we create our experiences, our world and the life we live

• through what and how we think
• through identification with fixed, conditioned, mostly unconscious beliefs and thought patterns.

Wie create conflict, suffering and environmental destruction, often against good intentions. But we’d rather go to war than questioning old beliefs and principles and giving up being right.

When we become aware of active thought, we can loosen the identification and stop recreating the patterns. Then thought can come to rest and perspective can widen.
