Who I am and how I can help you

I’m Lina, a systemic coach with extensive experience in international HR and change management at Lufthansa Group. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of people through career transitions.
But eventually, I faced a big change myself. I realized that the life I was living no longer fit me. So, I asked myself the defining question: How do I want to live and work instead?

The answer led me out of the corporate world and onto the sunny shores of Fuerteventura—a place where I can indulge my passion for surfing. Today, I help people who feel stuck in their careers to find their own path and take bold steps, often away from traditional career paths.

Why I do what I do

My mission? To help people find and do what they truly want through career coaching. Because I believe fulfilled people consume more consciously, treat themselves and others with greater care, and build deeper connections. For me, this means sustainable change on all levels—professional, personal, and societal.
