Hello and a very warm welcome. How are you today?
For me, this question is much more than a polite phrase. The inner state we bring to a professional issue significantly influences how we think, decide, and act. It often provides the first key insight for our work together.
Who am I?
My name is Daniela, I live in the heart of Europe and feel at home in the world. My international study and work experience have deeply shaped my intercultural sensitivity. I work bilingually in German and English and am comfortable navigating diverse cultural and organizational contexts. Having personally experienced transitions, reorientations, and sometimes conflicting expectations, I bring this insight as a foundation to my coaching practice.

I combine my academic background in psychology and business with a systemic view of people, roles, and organizations. This approach fosters clarity and orientation, even in complex professional situations.
What are my guiding principles?
- Love of nature: I am often jogging in the woods and place great value on ecological sustainability – including in business. In coaching, we develop sustainable, viable solutions.
- Cooperation instead of competition: A guiding principle I live by. In coaching, it means expanding thinking and action possibilities together rather than offering quick fixes. This strengthens your decision-making skills and allows you to use resources efficiently.
- Focusing on strengths: Everyone has talents and abilities. Targeting and developing these is rewarding, leads to rapid progress, and sustainably strengthens your resilience.
