I am a psychologist with a specialization in neuroscience, supporting people through job and career coaching who are seeking professional reorientation, feel stuck, or are facing important decisions. My focus is on creating clarity together, making resources visible, and developing concrete, realistic steps toward the labor market.
Many people come to coaching feeling insecure, overwhelmed, or with the sense that they no longer fit in — or that they have already tried everything without seeing results. This is where my work begins: a practical, structured, and supportive process, grounded in respect and collaboration. Rather than predefined ideas of “success,” we work on paths that make sense for you, your current life situation, and your values.
Empowerment & culturally sensitive support
Through my own migration experience and many years of work in social and intercultural coaching, I bring a high level of cultural sensitivity and strong diversity competence. I often work with people who bring multilingual backgrounds, non-linear career paths, or experiences of discrimination.
For me, empowerment means helping you reconnect with your own strengths, trust yourself again, and feel more confident in making your own decisions. Coaching is a collaborative process where we slow things down, clarify what matters, and develop realistic next steps together.
Working and applying with AI and digital tools
A key focus of my work is the use of AI and digital tools in job coaching. I show how modern technologies can be applied meaningfully—for example in creating application documents, structuring goals, or organizing the job search process.
This is not about technology for its own sake, but about relief, autonomy, and transparency. My approach helps coachees navigate the digital world with greater confidence and become more independent in the long term.
