My journey – between business and inner growth
My own path began in the corporate world: I spent almost 20 years as a manager and leader in the pharmaceutical industry – until I realized I wanted to bring my understanding of business, work, and leadership into the world in a different way.
Today, I work as a consultant, coach, and lecturer in innovation and leadership. My approach combines experience from the business world with insights from positive psychology, systemic thinking, and a holistic view of people and change.
This broad perspective allows me to support you with both structure and creativity – with clarity, warmth, and a deep respect for your story, your individuality and your strengths.
