I am Maike and I believe that there is a very special potential deep inside every person that is just waiting to be found and activated. For this purpose, I am a certified systemic coach and work with people who want to develop their full potential and live successfully. What form this takes for you: if self-employed, in your corporate job or in your private life, I invite you to discover it together!

I accompany you to find more clarity on the topics of mindset, work-life balance, resilience and health. In concrete terms, we look at your issues together, create structure and develop a roadmap for your individual change process.

About me:

• 10 years of professional experience in political advocacy in corporations, associations and the public sector at EU and federal level
• 10 years of international experience
• Leadership experience
• Active yoga and meditation practice since 2017

In addition to the systemic attitude and systemic questions, my methods include belief work with The Work of Byron Katie, identity-based coaching with The Wholeness Work by Connirae Andreas and a holistic approach to health coaching (with INFINITY). In addition, I always incorporate my yogic attitude and, if desired, targeted yoga or meditation exercises into the coaching.

In the field of life coaching, I accompany you in topics such as work-life balance, resilience and stress management as well as change processes or new beginnings or decision-making processes of any kind (moving cities/countries, break up, job change, etc.).

In the field of career coaching, we look together at where you want to go, and I accompany you step by step in planning and implementing your path. In business coaching, the support of (young) women in male dominated business areas is particularly close to my heart, as I have had the experience of what it is like to be in a male dominated business as a young woman in my professional life in political advocacy myself.

But of course I also support everyone else on their way to their dream job!

In a free and non-binding initial telephone consultation, we will see if we are a good fit; we will discuss what you need and how I can best support you. Once we decide to work together, we can arrange appointments flexibly (if your coaching is AVGS-financed, we should see each other twice a week). I mainly coach online, but personal appointments in Hanover and Berlin are also possible.
