After almost 10 years in recruiting/ talent acquisition and project planning for large corporations, I know well what makes companies tick, how personnel decisions are made, and of course I know the job market. I also know that there is so much more to successfully applying for a job and convincing someone in a job interview than just presenting career stages chronologically.
You just have the chance to give your life a new direction, even if it may not feel like it yet. My strength is to remind you of your skills and talents and to support you sensitively and systematically during your upcoming application phase. I see myself as your companion, always motivating you NOT to give in into the feeling of wanting to give up everything.
I do not only focus on theory and analysis, but also on the practical approach. You will be able to present yourself confidently and authentically on the job market. From my past experience I know about job interviews that we could to practice.
The basis of my education is a degree in psychology (B.Sc.), which was followed by various communication and team leadership trainings, as well as a certified coaching education. But much more important to me than all the certificates in the world is the fact that I have always worked with people.
