As an integration coach with personal migration experience, I support people in establishing themselves professionally and personally in Germany. My approach combines classic job coaching with psychological work focused on motivation, strengths development, and clear goal setting.
Through my extensive practical experience in various industries and cities across Germany, I understand the challenges of integration, the labor market, and bureaucracy from first-hand experience. I have built every step of my own professional path independently, and this experience allows me to guide my clients in a practical, structured, and solution-oriented way.
In my coaching, I go beyond working on application strategies or career orientation. The focus is on identifying individual strengths, building self-confidence, and developing sustainable perspectives. Especially people in complex life situations—such as after migration or during professional transitions—benefit from this holistic approach.
My qualification as a language and cultural mediator, as well as my work in the school environment, also enables me to support families and young people with questions related to the German education and training system. At the same time, I help my clients learn the German language in a structured way and develop concentration and self-organization skills.
Through my studies in the medical field, I also have a solid understanding of academic structures and can guide clients in matters related to higher education, the university system, and medical topics in Germany.
My goal is not only to support people in entering the labor market, but also to empower them to recognize their own potential and confidently build their place in Germany in the long term.
