After 25 years in corporations, consultancies and agencies, I’ve seen many faces of working life – the fulfilling and the challenging. The ones that make you grow and the ones that quietly wear you down.

What I’ve learned:

Whenever I’ve been true to myself, I was at my best. Always.
When I knew what I stood for – and when I needed to walk away.

This has greatly shaped my coaching approach:

I support people in reconnecting with themselves, making honest decisions, and finding their very own paths – whether that means re-entry, reinvention, or rethinking a next step.

Especially in our fast-moving, crazy tech-world, with all its challenges – but also many opportunities!
