My professional journey over the past 18 years in international environments has been shaped by turning points, detours, complex situations, and many learning loops – at a time when coaching was far from being a given. Looking back, these phases turned out to be the most valuable ones, as they form the foundation of how I work with you today.
I bring more than 15 years of international professional experience across different working environments (including 9 years in the education sector and personnel marketing). My background combines several perspectives: Information Scientist (B.Sc.), Online Marketing Manager, and certified Systemic Coach with a sector focus on MINT, Tech, Sales, (Online) Marketing, and the Creative Industries.
Eventually, I found my way into the world of coaching rather unexpectedly. I initially started with job and application coaching as well as employment support. Over time, my focus shifted: in a working world characterized by constant change, social skills have become the most important constant. In my experience, many professional challenges are rarely purely technical. They cannot be solved with a better algorithm, but rather require other capabilities – particularly clear communication, self-leadership, conflict competence, and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
This is exactly where I intuitively, yet strategically, position my work, focusing on the following areas:
