Who I am – Coaching with depth, structure, and integrity
My coaching practice is grounded in a solid professional foundation and many years of hands-on experience. I have worked for over six years in adult education, supporting individuals through processes of professional orientation, qualification, and personal development. In parallel, I bring more than six years of experience in project management, where I planned, coordinated, and successfully delivered complex projects—operating at the intersection of people, organizational structures, and strategic objectives.
My academic background includes a diploma in teacher education as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English Philology and Media Studies. This foundation is complemented by professional training as a Systemic Agile Master & Coach and several project management certifications, shaping my structured, analytical, and solution-focused approach.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on management, corporate leadership, economic interdependencies, consulting approaches, and legal frameworks. This enables me to design coaching processes that are not only personality-centered but also economically sound and practically applicable.
Career & academic coaching – Clarity with perspective
In career and academic coaching, I support individuals in clarifying their professional direction, identifying strengths, and developing realistic pathways for growth. Core areas of focus include self- and time management, decision-making, personal development, and clear professional positioning.
My work combines empathy, analytical clarity, and creative methods that foster orientation and confidence in action.
Executive coaching – Conscious and effective leadership
In executive coaching, I accompany leaders in demanding roles shaped by responsibility, complexity, and ongoing change. Key topics include communication, self-leadership, resilience, and the conscious navigation of complex systems.
I work in a resource-oriented, structured, and partnership-based manner, supporting leadership development that is effective, reflective, and sustainable.
Business coaching – Strategic clarity for organizations
In business coaching, my focus lies on the strategic and economic development of companies and start-ups. I support the creation of business plans, capital requirement analyses, liquidity and profitability forecasts, and advise on legal structures, sales strategies, and marketing concepts.
By combining entrepreneurial thinking with a systemic perspective, I help create clarity, structure, and solutions that are practically implementable.
