I’m Nicole Lüddemann – trainer, coach and a founder myself.

I know the path to self-employment not just in theory, but from my own experience. I’ve written a business plan myself, applied for a start-up grant and had it approved. I’ve set up a business, built it up, experimented, made mistakes, learnt from them, carried on – and successfully brought it to fruition.

Today, I’m already on my third venture as a self-employed person and support founders exactly at the point where I once stood. Together we can write a very good business plan, refine your business idea and secure approval for the start-up grant straight away with the goal that your start into self-employment is an absolute success!

Not only do I bring my experience to the table, but I also complement this with specialist knowledge from my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and my Master’s in Business Development. In addition, I bring extensive coaching and training experience in the areas of communication, public speaking and team development.

Self-employment rarely fails because of the idea.

It fails because of the mindset – the courage to put it into practice, a lack of belief in yourself, and a lack of knowledge about what the right steps are and when to take them.
