“It’s always about taking the next good step in the right direction!”
Do you often think things like:
- I’m going round in circles; my mind is racing but I have no idea what my next step could be and feel incapable of moving forward.
- I’m tired, exhausted and lacking in motivation.
- I’m running out of time.
- I would like to start something new, but who would want to employ me (at my age)?
- My work is making me ill.
- How am I supposed to earn money doing something I enjoy?
- I am capable of a lot of things, but I am expert at nothing.
- I have no demonstrable qualifications for the work I would like to do.
- How am I ever supposed to be really happy in my job again?
What if you had a good and fulfilling job – whether self-employed or as an employee – precisely because you have no idea what it could be right now? There are so many more possibilities than you can imagine!
To enable you to discover the range of your possibilities and get started on your next step, I will support you:
- in addressing your mental block, finding out who you are and how you, in particular, can make a meaningful professional contribution to society.
- in recognizing your values and using them to your advantage.
- in strengthening your confidence in yourself and your abilities.
- in answering the question of how you can create or find a job doing what you enjoy, even though you may think it’s too late for a new start.
- in working out your clear goals and implementing them step by step.
- in gaining courage and clarity for your next (professional) experience
- in finding the people who are good for you and your professional development and dealing with those who make life difficult for you.

Life experience:
After a burnout-like crisis many years ago, I tried to reshape my former business as an interior designer so that it truly suited me. I believed that was the pinnacle of what I could achieve: improving upon what was familiar to me. And initially, it worked quite well. I was getting closer to my true goal.
But it was only through another unexpected turn in my life that I gained the clarity to fundamentally reorient myself and finally pursue what I truly and secretly had wanted for a very long time. I struggled step by step through my inner jungle and, with some detours, developed my professional fulfillment as a coach for people undergoing career transitions.
Instead of waiting for your next crisis and taking the long way around, I’m here so you can take the direct route.
