After almost 10 years in recruiting/ talent acquisition and project planning for large corporations, I know well what makes companies tick, how personnel decisions are made, and of course I know the job market. I also know that there is so much more to successfully applying for a job and convincing someone in a job interview than just presenting career stages chronologically.

The basis of my education is a degree in psychology (B.Sc.), which was followed by various communication and team leadership trainings, as well as a certified coaching education. But much more important to me than all the certificates in the world is the fact that I have always worked with people.
