I’m Ronja Kummer – sociologist, systemic-integrative consultant, coach, and lecturer.
In my work, I combine systemic-integrative consulting with sociological perspectives to uncover individual potential and promote sustainable personal development. In addition to one-on-one coaching and workshops, I offer a free podcast and blog to support people on their journey toward greater self-efficacy.
