Starting a business is never a one-size-fits-all process. Every idea, every life situation and every personality brings its own questions. In my start-up coaching, the aim is not to press you into a mould, but to make your way possible – in your own style, at your own pace, with your own goals.

As General Counsel in a medium-sized group, I helped to shape start-ups, acquisitions and integrations of companies legally, operationally and strategically – and led a team in Germany and abroad. Today I combine this knowledge with my own entrepreneurial experience.

Business Succession – starting with a head start
Sometimes “starting a business” does not mean starting from scratch: taking over an existing company can also be the right path.

Career Coaching – finding your place

About me
I am Suzan Varel – business coach, lawyer and entrepreneur. As General Counsel in a medium-sized group, I contributed operationally and strategically to start-ups, acquisitions and integrations of companies and led international teams. Later, I too took the step into self-employment and since then I have been accompanying people through professional transitions.
What matters to me is that coaching does not just transfer knowledge, but strengthens you to make your own decisions with courage. Because I firmly believe:
