As a trained psychologist (University of Cologne) and coach (INeKo Institute at the University of Cologne), I combine a scientifically sound basis with practical knowledge in my work. After several years in human resources at a large international chemical company, I decided to dedicate myself fully to my calling and passion, namely supporting people in initiating positive change, be it professional or private, and reshaping their lives. I attach great importance to empathy and appreciation – in my opinion, this is the only way solution- and goal-focused collaboration is possible.
Life coaching
The systemic approach to coaching that I follow assumes that a person should not be viewed in isolation, but rather as part of a larger system. Family, professional and social contexts are taken into account accordingly, using specific methods and questions. I will support you in gaining a deeper understanding of challenges and potential, clarifying your personal goals and finding new paths.
Migration coaching/coaching for refugees
After leaving my home country Ukraine alone in 2010, I had to start my life all over again in Germany – in a country that was completely foreign to me. I have experienced firsthand what it feels like to find your way in a new culture with an unfamiliar language. Together we will develop a strategy on how to proceed in order to adapt to the new living conditions. The following areas are considered in detail:

- Linguistic support;
- Support for new educational paths;
- Reduction of bureaucratic hurdles, etc.
Application coaching
In application coaching, a clear positioning and an application strategy are developed, covering the following topics:
- Analysis of your personal skills.
- Preparation of application documents.
- Preparation for the assessment center and/or the interview.
